Oyster mushroom cultivation
The proposed project is to train students in novel methods of oyster mushrooms tissue culture methods using diffused mycelial growth based spawn production in addition to conventional methods. Further they will be trained in all aspects of oyster mushroom production including safe disposal of spent mushroom beds.
